Turns out I still want the exact same things I wan Turns out I still want the exact same things I wanted at 14 😂

The older I get, the more I realise the things that make me feel most like myself are the exact same things I loved at 14/15.

Making playlists. Romanticising everything. Having niche little obsessions. Wanting to disappear into a book or a TV show. Caring deeply about aesthetics and music and how spaces feel. Wanting excitement and comfort at the same time.

I think I spent a lot of my 20s trying to become more sensible, more productive, more “grown up”.

And now I’m in my mid-30s, with two kids, basically trying to find my way back to the girl who felt things deeply and wasn’t embarrassed about it yet.
